There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a small dining table – great for giving the kids their breakfast. There are two seating areas so you don’t need to get on top of each other. The main living area is open plan. The seating area has two sofas (one is a queen sized sleeper sofa) and an armchair where you can relax and watch cable TV or a DVD. Or why not bring a favourite CD to play on the CD player. The living area is open plan to the dining area which is furnished with an attractive pine dining table and six chairs.There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with queen sized beds, TVs and en suite bathrooms. There are another two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and these share a bathroom. The bedrooms have been decorated with bright modern furnishings.Enjoy a glass of local wine and admire views of the Sandy Ridge conservation area from the extended poolside terrace of your villa. Or take a dip in your screened private pool which can be heated – great for small kids. If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay please indicate this on your booking form so that the heating may be switched on the day before you arrive. The charge for heating the pool is £100 per week. If swimming sounds like too much hard work, just relax in the Jacuzzi.
