This villa is situated about 40km from Bodrum and consists of a two bedroom house and a completely self contained studio apartment.
The house includes a kitchen/living room area, veranda, shower room, double bedroom and smaller bedroom with bunk beds, barbeque terrace and roof terrace. Underneath is the studio apartment with twin beds in the bedroom, a kitchen/living area and a bathroom with full-sized bath.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and all pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has 2 stylish sofa beds, a nest of tables, satellite TV, DVD player and CD/MP3 player.
Bedrooms have hand built wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The main bedrooms have air-con, as does the kitchen/living room.
The villa can be rented out on a long term basis at £300 per month. It can be rented on a short term basis as a 3 bedroom villa or rented separately as a 2 bedroom villa and 1 bedroom studio apartment.
