Kiparis Complex is a small development of 20 apartments just outside Nessebar located 100 metres from the beach.  The building meets all modern need and is designed in traditional Bulgarian style, typical for the Bulgarian mountain regions.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for self catering and the bathroom has a shower. There is a large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs and the apartment is fully air conditioned.  All curtains, bed clothes and pillows are available.

This is a family friendly complex with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, roof terrace, playground and private parking.  There are restaurants and bars close to the complex.  The bus runs regularly into the centre of Nessebar, 5 mins away and Sunny Beach is only 10 mins away, the local bus stop is just 1 min away.

This apartment is located in a quiet and nice area close to the beautiful sandy beach.  It is perfect for a family holiday!!
