In response to demand from some of our investors, and using our experience in the sale and purchase of property all over the world, we are now launching our investment club.

The purpose is quite simple. We would be aware from time to time of investment opportunities offering excellent prospects for large-scale investors. These investment opportunities are normally beyond the reach of ordinary investors, but by acting as part of a club, investors can access these deals.

When we have at least 150 qualified investors or investor syndicates and we have verified that they have at least 100,000 euro to invest, then we will start to offer the deals.

What sort of deal can I expect?

The opportunity could be located anywhere. We will take all factors into account, including location, before offering the deal to our investors.

We will seek to offer our investors a deal at 35-40% lower than the CURRENT valuation. We will also seek to guarantee a good yearly rental return.

So ideally we aim to offer the following:

1. An immediate discount, therefore equity from day one.

2. Realistic rental yield.

3. Prospects for high capital growth.

4. A sound exit strategy.

Worldwidegroup.eu and its agents have contacts with thousands of developers and individuals around the world and some of the deals we are offered are nothing short of unbelievable!

If you want to register and be part of the investment club with no demand you pay anything but are willing to seriously consider the options and investments placed in front of you.

Remember you pay nothing to join. You only pay if you go ahead.

To ensure all investors are confident before they go ahead with any investment we will provide due diligence reports, and legal experts will be available to answer any questions.

The number of investors accepted at this time will be 200. This will allow for 50 potential investors not to go ahead with the investment and will be based on a first come first served basis. If too many investors want to be included, again it will be on a first come first serve basis with everyone aware of deadlines etc.

If an investor wishes to withdraw from the investment club before they have agreed to participate in any given investment, it is as simple as emailing and we will confirm we have removed you from the list.

All investment club members will need to provide the following

-   - Full name and address.

-   - Telephone number and email address.

-   - Passport copy

-   - Bank statement showing available funds of 100,000 euro ( or actual amount you can invest).

- Written confirmation that the individual (or syndicate) is interested in sourcing investments and has the means to do  so.

 If you do not have the full amount we may be able to find suitable partners for you to syndicate with.
